PDHS Sign Language Club

PDHS Sign club happens every Wednesday at 11:35 until 12:15!

Come on out and learn about Deaf culture and how to communicate in another language!

Did you know in high school you can get up to four credits in ASL?  You just have to take the test and if you pass the level, you get the credit.

Cute story:  We advertised in the school for people to come to "Sign Club".  One boy showed up and wanted to make a Winnipeg Jets Sign!  It was really funny.  We explained to him that this was "Sign Language Club".  He decided to stay anyway and liked it!

BOSTON PIZZA - PDHS HOLIDAY PARTY

Every year PDHS heads out for ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT pizza and pop at Boston Pizza.  

Here are the details:

Who:  PDHS students, staff, parents, past students, DHH friends.

When:  December 21, 2011 at 12:00

Where: Boston Pizza (corner of Portage and Moray)

Cost: $11 per person (free for current PDHS students)

Welcome to the new blogspot for PDHHS.  Usually we are called PDHS, but that name was already taken so we are adding an extra "H" Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students.  To access our blog you can go to www.pdhhs.blogspot.com.  Become a follower and add us to your bookmarks to check back often!
